Located in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood, RED South Beach has become a mainstay in the Miami dining scene.

Featuring only the finest Certified Angus Beef Prime on and off the bone, Red’s menu – created by Owner and Executive Chef Peter Vauthy – is a hybrid of classic cuisine and the freshest seasonal ingredients. Everything from the sauces to garnishes are prepared from scratch – sure to convert even the staunchest of vegetarians into ravenous carnivores.

The menu is complimented by a bar boasting a selection of over 500 wines, including its own private blends and handmade signature cocktails. Named one of America’s Top 10 Steakhouses and Best Steakhouse in Miami, the award winning restaurant is the premiere happy hour locale with the popular seasonal “Wine-Wednesdays” series, featuring 50% off bottles of wine and Champagne Thursdays, which includes champagne, oyster and caviar specials all night long.

Chef Peter has been recognized  for his role in “helping shape the city’s food scene and reputation as a major culinary destination” by the City of Miami Beach.
